OMEGA SERVIS SLOVAKIA a.s. a company has originated by entry to the Trade Register at the District Court Žilina, on 21 March 2001, section Sa, inset 10332/L . In 2003 a reconstructed administrative building has been put into operation, there was purchased a real estate land from individual proprietors to build a service centre and hard landscapin for laying by vehicles. At present the company thus uses for its activity already its own premises. In 2003 planning work has been started to build a service centre and contractors for individual investment units have been selected. An objective of the service centre will be securing repairs and service work on own transport technology and carrying out of necessary testing to maintain a maximum safety of operation. In the final phase the service centre should be fully included in the authorised network of renowned truck manufacturers.

The company similarly to its 100% shareholder OMEGA SERVIS HOLDING a.s. has addressed with its specification of transport technology significant business partners on the territory of Slovakia, and that is in the following transport systems:

• transport of hot products according to ADR agreement, class 9
• transport of corrosive chemical substances
• transport of ground wood-base material for the paper industry
• transport of agro-products in special semi-trailers Walking floor
• transport of alternative fuel using the Walking floor system
• transport of liquid sulphur
